Achievement Summary • Managing the implementation of Grant Thornton CARE Web Software to mitigate associated risks. • Managed the process, internal controls, policies and procedure. • Key player in managing the process of implementation of HIS (Hospital Information System) from scratch. • Introduce sensitivity analysis concept, PV calculation, feasibility study analysis and lease or buy working before finalizing the contract. Hospital has saved AED 4.5 M against one procurement is as one example. • Preparation and successful submitting of construction claims under FIDIC Law (Red Book). Successfully submitted to Hill International and ADSSC and get refunded AED 15 M out of these claims. • Implementation of ERP software developed in Oracle 8i in Chimera (Pvt.) Limited.
