I’m a Lawyer (Member of the Vienna and Munich Bar Association) in Munich. I advise national and international clients comprehensively in the areas of commercial law and intellectual property law, including both litigation and out-of-court representation. Thanks to my trilingual language skills (German, English, and Chinese) and my cultural expertise, I also support companies and private individuals in connection with their business activities with Asian and particularly Chinese companies. My experience includes, among others, advising and supporting globally operating textile companies; advising European and Asian clients on inbound and outbound investment projects; advising on international contracts, in particular distribution agreements; as well as advising clients from the consumer goods, fashion, and retail sectors on commercial and distribution matters. As a Lawyer also admitted to practice in Austria (Vienna Bar Association), I additionally provide well-founded legal advice under Austrian law in the above-mentioned practice areas.
