I take operationally complex businesses through the growth stage where execution makes or breaks them — building the operating model, owning the P&L, and getting a market or a function from messy to scalable. Most of my work sits at the point where a company is growing fast but the systems, processes, and performance discipline underneath aren't keeping up. That's where I'm most effective: bringing structure, sharpening execution, and making growth sustainable rather than chaotic. I've done this in three different situations: At scale — At Getir, I was the first international hire and helped build the UK business from zero to £150M+ in revenue across 100+ locations, designing the operating playbook and franchise model that became the template for European expansion. In turnaround — At TradeKart, I owned the UK P&L and rebuilt a fragmented commercial operation from the ground up: new merchant contracts, a KPI-driven operating model, and accountability across commercial, operations, and customer teams. As a founder building with AI — I've co-founded two AI ventures (Iodo, AI logistics; VERAC, AI decision infrastructure for maritime and defence), building products from zero and learning the technology from the inside — not managing around AI, but building with it. I've led cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, Product, and CX, and I'm at my best with full ownership of performance — executing, not just advising. I'm focused on General Manager and Country Manager / COO roles in fast-scaling, AI-enabled businesses entering new markets — where growth, operational performance, and execution discipline are tightly linked.
