Passionate TA professional with 20 years of Recruiting experience. I'm extremely proud to have had an opportunity to recruit for some of the best companies in the world. My recruiter portfolio consists of working in the following industries, Supply Chain Distribution, Commercial Real Estate, Retail Banking, Gaming, Medical Device, Hotel Operations, Pharmacy, and Printing. What I love most about recruiting is meeting candidates and discovering what their dreams are and matching them with careers that will allow them to grow and be successful. What motivates me the most in my role is the ability to make a difference in someone's career and family life. Seeing a candidates progression by moving up the ladder is my biggest reward. It makes me proud, it makes me happy, it makes me feel like I've made an impact on someone's life. It also feels great to know that hiring the right candidate contributes to the success of the company. Someone took a chance on me years ago when I had no HR/Recruiting experience at all, so I'm a firm believer that everyone deserves an opportunity to prove themselves. The most important thing you must have to be successful in any role is drive, a passion to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to accept not just positive feedback, but negative feedback as well. That's how you grow, that's how you learn, that how you create winners! I was born and raised in New Orleans where we believe in having fun in everything we do, so I credit my personality and fun attitude in the workplace to my home city!
