I lead Strategy & Operations (team of 7), which includes BizOps, Product Ops, and Program Management. I also operate as Chief of Staff to Ridgeline's CEO, Dave Blair.
Developed early product ops processes and critical feedback loops between Product and GTM, before building out a dedicated Product Operations team. During this time also led the Program Management team and operated as Chief of Staff to Ridgeline's CEO.
Led the development and rollout of Ridgeline's operating cadence, including quarterly business reviews, OKRs, business metrics, in addition to leadership team operations- board and CEO communications, off-sites, and company meetings. Scope included the program management of critical company initiatives.
Product Ops Manager x Chief of Staff to Head of Product. Was responsible for maintaining the operating cadence of the Product Management & UX teams via quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization, management of team/company communications and new process creation. Additionally owned program-management of strategic Product and company initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering and customer-facing teams.
