Consulted on GTM Enablement strategies for product and campaign launches. Led GTM certifications and enablement trainings. Worked cross-functionally with teams (ie Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, CS, SE, etc) on content, processes, and systems internally. Participated in the company's DEI Task force - working with GTM Leadership to establish and stay accountable to DEI goals for the year. The SDR > AE Readiness program I created is still used at Twilio today!
