• Design, formulate & align Individual objectives with departmental & organizational objectives. • Act as a consultant to the head of Business Unit and departmental heads on HR related issues. • Formulate partnership across the HR functions to deliver value added services to departments & employees reflecting overall company objectives. • Manage end to end Recruitment cycle for Technical and Non-Technical positions. • Ensuring best practices are used for effective and efficient talent acquisition by analyzing the recruitment process performance, cost per hire, time to hire etc. • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance. • Periodic review of Org. Charts (Organograms) regarding any changes & incorporate changes on annual basis to concerned Heads for further Approvals. • Initiate annual headcount budget planning process & provide planning guidelines including the impact on the cost to the company to the HODs.
• Provide continuous support and feedback to corporate HR in developing new HR systems and intervention for improvements. • Complete talent acquisition process for Managerial Positions to hire quality human resource and identifying future talent needs for talent pool. • Continuous working on Organizational Development and Change Management; restructuring departmental dynamics by conducting job analysis & redefining JDs. • Monitor HR operations, related controls & compliance performed by team. • Plan & lead the bi-annual & annual Performance Management (KPIs/Traits) process. • Ensure and review cascading business targets to Individual KPIs. • Creates and manages individual development plans for potential employee to define their career path. • Periodic review of Org. Charts (Organograms) regarding any changes & incorporate changes on annual basis to concerned Heads for further Approvals. • Assess all candidates for L&D programs in line with corporate guidelines. • Conduct a detailed Training Need Analysis for soft skills and technical skills. • Develop and finalize the skill matrix activity to identify the skill gaps. • Monitor technical training programs to ensure that training objectives are met. • Conduct post training analysis to review the outcome of training.
