1. Assembly and installation of GT, GTG, ST and STG including anchoring system and alignment. Installation of auxiliaries items such as base module, Dual fuel module, filter house, Eva-cooler system etc. 2. Lube Oil, Fuel Gas, Instrument air, service air , water and steam piping system installation, testing. 3.Installation of HRSG structure module, piping, drum, main stack, bypass stack, damper. 4. Various types of welding visual test and NDT report check including welder qualification test. 5.Installation and testing of induced draft cooling tower, gearbox, motor, fan, CW pump, ACW pump, valve with circulating water piping installation. 6. Installation and Testing of water supply system such as Booster pump, portable water tank, piping, valve, fittings and standard accessories. 7. Installation of fire fighting pump, hydrant system, sprinkler system, deluge system, pre-action system, CO2 suppression system, foam suppression system etc. 8. Installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment such as chiller, PAHU, ACCU Unit, MFD, VD, MD, AD, FAD, Register, Grill, Diffuser, Louver, different types of IDU &ODU etc. 9. Installation of Fire alarm control panel, Repeater panel, smoke detector, heat detector, multi detector, Isolator, Input/Output module, MCP, Hooter cum strobe etc. 10. Project planning and execution, providing technical expertise, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
1. GT-GTG foundation & anchoring system including auxiliaries equipment installation with alignment. We have re-assembled an old GT(GE 9FA) which one already provided service in another plant more than 10 years. We repaired these parts in our project workshop to develop the equipment quality and efficiency. 2. Installation of Lube Oil, Fuel Gas, Instrument air, service air, steam and water piping system. Hydro-test, pneumatic test, lube oil flushing for piping system including Painting, Insulation, cladding and pipe identification. Check the NDT report to maintain the quality of pipe welding. 3. Installation, testing and commissioning of Eva-cooler water system for GT air intake and installation of filter house including filter with silencer. 4. Shaft alignment for load coupling of GT and others rotating equipment. Commissioning of GT & GTG including fuel gas module, pre-heater, cooler etc. 5. Installation, testing and commissioning of fire fighting pump, hydrant system, sprinkler system, deluge system, pre-action system, CO2 suppression system, foam suppression system etc. 6. Fabrication and Installation of water and oil tank including sand blasting, painting, vacuum test and Hydro-test 7. Installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC System such as chiller, PAHU, ACCU Unit, MFD, VD, MD, AD, FAD, Register, Grill etc.
• Prepare detail design and tender specification for the Depot and station MEP system such as HVAC, Fire Fighting & fire alarm system following the based standard like ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, BNBC etc. • HVAC load calculation through HAP (by carrier), E-20, Duct sizer, internal and external static pressure etc. Based on the calculation equipment selection and prepare technical specification. • Hydraulic calculation for the fire fighting system and selection of pump as per NFPA. Prepare detail design for fire pump room and service area field equipment. • Detail design for Fire alarm system including selection of Main fire alarm control panel, Repeater panel, Mimic panel and also field service device. • Selection of interface point with 3rd party device/equipment and prepare I/O list. • Prepare BOQ, technical specification, measurement and payment as per international tender standard.
1. Installation of DG, Service water pump and piping, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire alarm system. 2. Prepare project construction planning schedule, manpower distribution, tools and equipment schedule, material purchase order confirmation, material delivery schedule, crosscheck between site required material with BOQ, Contractor selection with machine tools. 3. Supervised the site construction work asper drawing and specification. Conduct work target to supervisor and ensure work quality asper standard. 4 Prepare technical and financial offer for local and government project/tender. Material Submission /Approval Doc’s and Installation Method Statement also take approval from consultant. 5. Developed the project from pre-bid stage to handover through technical and financial evaluation. 6. Prepare document and inspection with owner engineer about MRI, RFI, test package including handover document.
• Develop construction drawing for VRF/VRV system including heat load calculation and ventilation system. • Installation of Chiller, Chilled water Pump, Valve, fittings, AHU, FCU, Dehumidifier asper international standard. • Fabrication and Installation of Duct, fittings, Accessories and Jacketing. • Installation of Cold room, cool room for medicine stored, mango pulp, frozen fruit etc. • Installation of electrical power supply panel including cable tray, cable and backup power supply equipment. • Conduct pre-bid meeting, Pre-sale work and prepare financial & technical offer. • Dealing with the vendors for better qualitative materials and purchase local materials.
