I am a Computer Programming graduate with a strong technical foundation in coding, software development, and problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills across diverse roles, starting as a Logistics Coordinator at Metro Supply Chain Group, where I gained experience in operations management, supply chain logistics, and cross-functional teamwork. This role sharpened my organizational and communication skills, as well as my ability to troubleshoot and streamline complex processes. Currently, as a Service and Parts Advisor at Truro Nissan, I leverage both my technical knowledge and customer service expertise. I guide customers through vehicle service needs, manage parts inventory, and ensure smooth, efficient service operations. In this role, I enjoy using my problem-solving mindset to deliver solutions while building strong customer relationships. I’m motivated by challenges and thrive in roles where I can apply both my technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Whether it’s optimizing logistical workflows, recommending the right auto parts, or programming a new software solution, I’m always looking for opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of the teams I work with. I’m currently looking to further expand my experience in both technical and customer-facing roles, with a focus on operational skills. I’m excited to connect with professionals in these areas and explore new opportunities.
