- Develop new food products in accordance with food act and regulation standards. - Sourced and incorporated new ingredients, including emulsifiers and flavors, for product fortification. - Conducted sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies during new product development. - Provide technical services to support the sales and marketing department. - Study processes for pilot projects and production. - Support the QA department in quality control for internally manufactured products. - Develop new analysis methodology, including TAG (triacylglycerol), p-AV (p-anisidine value), and microscopic analysis. - Ensured proper maintenance of lab equipment.
