About

My professional journey has taken me across business operations, process improvement, bid and proposal management, business development, sales enablement, and capability development. Having worked across both frontline and backend functions, I enjoy connecting people, processes, and ideas to create meaningful business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have partnered with stakeholders across functions, designed and facilitated learning programs, led business initiatives, improved processes, and supported teams through change. Whether developing proposals, optimizing workflows, facilitating workshops, or enabling sales teams, I am driven by a passion for helping individuals and organizations perform at their best. Recently, I graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling, further deepening my understanding of human behaviour and communication. Alongside my corporate career, I also practice counselling, bringing together insights from both worlds. This dual perspective continues to shape my approach to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through change, development, and growth.
