- End to end recruitment of Graduate and Interns in the tech stream - Off-season, I recruit experienced roles - Partnering with the business to design interview processes - Spearheading our Candidate Experience campaign - Managing the relationship with Sydney University, Melbourne University and Monash University - Kickstarting diversity programs / initiatives (e.g. Women in tech scholarships) - Working with marketing to design brand and content for IMC website, pamphlets, merchandise, social media etc. - End to end creation, presentation and running of campus events (Career Fairs and IMC-specific events/competitions etc) - Campus strategy and data analysis of volume hiring - ... and more!
