Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of qualified university graduates for entry-level and intern positions. Develop and execute recruiting strategies for universities across the U.S. to support hiring goals for College Hire Recruiting Program. Manages relationships with career services offices, targeted students groups, key faculty and staff. Identifies internal resources for campus events and builds campus teams to support recruiting goals on campus. Serves as team lead for on campus activities. Develop and foster relationships with hiring managers to promote CHP and to better support needs of business. Accountable for facilitation of campus activities including career fairs, information sessions, roundtables, panels, etc. from registration to execution. Manage summer internship program of up to 30 interns nationwide. Responsible for project selection, candidate identification, offers, onboarding, coordination and facilitation of professional development curriculum. Serve as HR point of contact for interns and hiring managers. Develop tactics for intern conversion strategy. Coordinates and facilitates one week orientation program for recent college hires. Maintain Applicant Tracking System Contribute articles for CHP newsletter. Partner with internal Employee Resource Groups to expand outreach of CHP. Completed Learning Excellence Acceleration Program-Georgia Tech/McKesson certificate program for young professional’s career development.
