• Design and build advanced enterprise-wide Power BI reports resulting in the most utilized tools for clients and management. Most ambitious projects include: o Production Log – A simplistic yet powerful tool showcasing profits by client and business. Allowed users to view metrics sliced on crucial elements to ascertain the advantages or opportunities of specific portfolios. o Production Statistics – A tool presenting the most important KPIs at a summary level. Allowed users to drill down cross-report into the lowest granularity to see all metrics of an account. This tool was utilized monthly by all business units and in reviews with executives to discuss the current portfolio and drive decisions. • Adapt legacy assets from Cognos system into Power BI. Structure new reporting tools into a format that allows for easy exporting into various formats. • Collaborate with team to deliver large actuarial-focused data in an autonomous monthly cadence by using SQL and Power BI datasets. • Deliver numerous innovative solutions to the Analytics team in an effort to create a consistent streamlined reporting structure for all company assets.
