Strategic systems executive, program and project manager, facilitator, and communicator working at the intersection of people, practice, and purpose to build conditions for human excellence and cohesion. For nearly two decades, I’ve led national and global security efforts aligning diverse stakeholders and translating complex missions into disciplined execution across security, capacity development, and high-visibility initiatives. I'm happiest, most productive, and fulfilled when part of or leading purposeful and teams, missions, and projects. I love helping leaders, operators, creatives, sponsors, and communities define, understand, and apply their roles in coordinated focus and strength. I've worked on four continents among a vast range of sectors including industry, academia, law enforcement, policy, defense, STEM, health, agriculture, and more. Exposure to such professional diversity has honed my ability to navigate, understand, and harness the power of any "cultural" environment; even when politically sensitive, culturally layered, and constantly evolving dynamics are at play. My life and career experiences have unfolded across cultural, religious, and political boundaries, putting me at ease in unique, unfamiliar, and/or high-stakes settings while giving me the resilience to rapidly adapt to new environments, achieve stakeholder / team buy in, and establish common ground. I’m an enthusiastic Catholic, wife and bonus mom, and a daughter of California’s Central Valley. Fresno produces some of the hardest-working, most principled, creative, and quietly achieving people I’ve ever known, and I try to live up to that standard in all that I do. My upbringing instilled within in me deep faith, grit, humility, gratitude, loyalty, and a deep love of humanity, country, and our home here on planet earth. Outside of formal roles, I invest in passion projects that strengthen human connection. I’m currently involved in local flag football field management which gets me outside, off my phone, and back into sun, grass, play, and a chosen joy. I also co-founded and co-host 2 Parachutes Podcast, where we "do the hard work of interacting” by evangelizing the merits of curiosity, humanity, and depth in a world that feels sometimes over connected yet increasingly fractured. In my current era, I’m looking for opportunities at the intersection of faith, culture, storytelling, athletics, and mission-driven brand building, spaces where strategy and authenticity work together, and bringing people together as both an art and a responsibility!
