• Manage and grow the existing client base of individual accounts by developing a deep understanding of their needs and tailoring offers and recommendations accordingly. • Work closely with key accounts to develop long-term partnerships. • Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service to sustain client satisfaction and trust. • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. • Provide regular feedback on market trends and consumer preferences to adjust product offerings accordingly. • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales. • Work closely with the Operations team to set up and roll out the delivery solution to customers in Singapore. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the team, providing insight into performance against targets, as well as quality of the distribution completed. • Track and manage KPIs related to sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Devise and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Singapore. • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors. • Identify, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in restaurants, hotels, retailers, and other relevant channels. • Plan and execute wine dinners and tastings — including events with visiting producers — to strengthen brand presence and support commercial objectives.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to assess their current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organisation’s strategy, business restructuring and future plans • Develop customised learning and development strategies, plans and curricula to improve overall workforce capabilities for current and future roles, and to promote lifelong learning • Recommend and implement innovative and creative learning and development channels and technology to engage learners and increase the effectiveness of learning and development interventions • Equip supervisors and line managers with the skills and tools to mentor, train and provide job coaching • Analyse learning effectiveness evaluation data to derive insights on the effectiveness and return on investment of learning and development programmes and recommend improvement actions to improve workforce capabilities
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards • Plan and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and marketing initiatives • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance store performance
