Attix APAC is a growth-stage AI investing and fintech startup serving the US retail market. Defined the full product roadmap for TradeGPT, a freemium LLM-powered investing assistant serving as the top-of-funnel channel for TradeAlgo: a trade signals platform with $20M+ ARR. Revamped TradeGPT and drove 170% YoY user growth of 100,000+ users within 6 months through improved product-led acquisition, despite reduced marketing spend. Launched new TradeAlgo product offerings generating $300,000+ in revenue within a quarter, leading cross-functional delivery with AI Engineering, Design and Data in an Agile environment. Owned and expanded PilotAI, a free AI-powered portfolio tool, from MVP to full launch within 2 months, growing to 10,000+ users with portfolios beating market benchmarks.
Served as the main Product Manager for the eCommerce platform's Checkout Page and Order Successful Page, serving over 300 million users across 10+ markets. Raised conversion rates across the Checkout and Order Successful pages amidst stricter acquisition budget policies, managing a team of over 50 people across Engineering, Product, Design and Business Intelligence. Improved payment selection success rate by over 10% and optimized page load speeds by 4x while overhauling promotional banner development and deployment practices.
Telecom startup building blockchain-powered connectivity and loyalty products. Acquired by Society Pass (NASDAQ: SOPA) in 2022, concluding my role there. Defined the two-year telecom and token ecosystem roadmap alongside Management across domestic and regional markets, laying the foundations for the company's acquisition. Broke a one-year development deadlock to launch telecom and blockchain offerings in Singapore, generating 50% revenue growth within the first year. Identified and negotiated new regional revenue streams, launching IaaS and SaaS loyalty offerings powered by a proprietary blockchain ecosystem.
Created and groomed Product User Stories for ongoing software development lifecycle as part of a Scrum-based Product team. Conducted over 30 user interviews focusing on launch and monetization strategies, presenting results to the greater Grab team.
Optimized key inefficiencies in internal processes, resulting in a shift in bank-wide operating procedures. With AS400 scripts and VBA, implemented temporary bank-wide solutions during the operations transition period.
