Developed sourcing strategy for drip-irrigation system for rose-farming operation in Angola and identified costs savings of $28,000 on initial estimate. Assisted in the development of the crowdfunding business plan for a 2,000 hectare coffee operation in Madagascar
Selected and managed the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system as well as an integrated billing and payment posting system. Designed implementation of federally-regulated “Meaningful Use” requirements for EMR to secure $120K federal incentives by directing cross-functional teams in data collection and sharing program. Managed the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connectivity with state databases and hospital/lab systems resulting in the first integrated pediatric practice in the state under the PracticeFusion model. Led intern training and oversaw an intern sourcing project to identify key strategic supply chain opportunities.
