Real estate fund manager with 12+ years of development experience across Sweden, the UK, and the Caribbean. Today, focus is on capital allocation, portfolio construction, and risk—working hands-on across the full lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting to development, optimization, and exit. A big part of what I do is building long-term partnerships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors. Fortunate to be awarded “New Real Estate Investor 2019,” secure investment on Sky TV’s Property Dragons’ Den, and speak at industry events across Europe. Before real estate, I played professional basketball in Europe—something that still shapes how I think about discipline, competition, and teamwork.
* Responsible for investment strategy, acquisition analysis, and transaction execution. * Structured financing and led negotiations with financing parties, while managing risk and terms. * Led value creation through business planning, capex, repurposing, and leasing strategy to maximize revenue and net operating income. * Managed external specialists (legal, technical due diligence, contractors, property management) with clear follow-up on timeline, quality, and financials. * As the property owner, secured financing and completed the acquisition of a larger commercial property in Värmland. Following renovation, space optimization, and leasing to several corporate tenants, the transaction was realized through a sale with approximately + 80% increase in value.
* Completed acquisitions and development of private properties and participated in transactions with a commercial focus. * Built and managed a rental portfolio with a focus on stable cash flow, occupancy rate, and value creation. * Led renovation and improvement projects, as well as vendor management through external parties.
* Managed a defined client portfolio and prospecting within the SMB segment. * Built and developed relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and other senior decision-makers. * Identified clients' business challenges and connected them to Gartner's research and advisory services. * Drove new business sales as well as development of existing client relationships. * Conducted strategic discussions around technology, business strategy, and operational development. * Responsible for revenue growth, contract renewals, and new subscription agreements. * Collaborated with internal analysts and specialists to deliver value to clients.
