I have over 14 years of experience working on international contracts, primarily focused on the U.S. region, as well as Indian contracts. I’ve gained experience across multiple industries, having worked with organisations such as Accenture, Quantify, Quislex, Integreon, Tata Communications, Brinks Global, and currently working with WNS Global as a Lead Attorney. I have worked extensively as part of global teams and as an in-house counsel, handling a wide range of agreements including redlining, contract negotiation, master service agreements (MSAs), RFPs, and high-value deals critical to the organisation. In addition to contract management, I have provided legal advice on employment and labor-related matters, including drafting legal notices tailored to client needs. My experience also includes stakeholder management at a global level. I have held leadership roles, including at Tata Communications, where I managed a team of four to five reportees. In this capacity, I was responsible for team management, conducting interviews, preparing training materials, delivering training, mentoring, and overseeing contract review and negotiation.
