Responsibility: Avaya Engineer –Telecom • As Avaya Engineer my key responsibility is of managing the complete voice technology infrastructure and projects across all WNS locations primarily in India, United States, Philippines, Romania, and the Sri Lanka. . • Manage onsite voice team to provide 24x7 supports for production Voice Network and various business processes. • Responsible for proposing, implementing, testing and maintenance of end-end voice infrastructure requirement for new projects. • Responsible for ensuring 100 percent uptime for the voice infrastructure at all locations with continuous efforts to improve utilization and performance through up gradation of technology Product Management: Implementation and Management of the Voice network components like: Avaya s8710, s8700, s8500, s8300 multivantage IP Connect media servers, Avaya G600, G650, G700 media gateways, Call Management Server (CMS), Intuity Lx voice messaging server, Nice logger etc. Identification of requirements, resources and activities to deliver Voice infrastructure for future business needs. Installation and configuration of Avaya switch, E1/T1 circuits, IP Trunks for new business. Clients Management: Testing, Migration of new processes, Ramp-Ups, Capacity Provisioning, Trouble shooting, and Coordination of the new migration processes connectivity issues with client’s technical department at US, UK and other locations.
