I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the accelerated nursing program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Elon University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Communications. I am also a dedicated equestrian and animal lover. I am eager to learn and very driven. • Process new employees by obtaining references, conducting license checks for clinical professionals, and orientation for local service offices • Administer and review results for the Wonderlic and ProfileXT assessments to potential candidates • Source for potential candidates through job boards (i.e. Linkedin, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.) • Facilitate weekly staff meetings for Pennsauken team • Conduct weekly reporting on recruiting metrics sent to division directors and hiring managers • Shadow clinical practitioners such as nurses and physical therapists on home health visit
