Leading end-to-end project lifecycles for this software house and email marketing platform provider allowed me to explore multiple bespoke .NET projects and mobile apps. By integrating agile principles into creating a definitive roadmap, I am proud of creating a transparent project delivery mechanism, ensuring the right controls were implemented and aligning the right communications and tracking frameworks.
