About

I am an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering IAM solutions across SailPoint, Okta, and ISIM. I played a key role on a major DOE (Department of Education) project, where I drafted and executed IAM QA test plans, trained the client’s internal team on SailPoint RBAC, and supported multiple sub-projects, ensuring compliance and seamless adoption. In another large-scale engagement, I led a User Access Review (UAR) covering 170+ enterprise applications with SailPoint and Okta integration. I trained and supported my team, streamlined compliance, and strengthened access governance for the client. I’m recognized for combining technical IAM expertise with leadership and training, enabling both teams and clients to operate IAM systems effectively. My next focus is to grow into an IAM Architect role, expanding into cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and embedding AI-driven automation into identity governance and compliance.

Spearheaded a User Access Review (UAR) for 170+ enterprise applications using SailPoint–Okta integration; guided the team through preparation and execution, and currently driving remediation. Mentored and trained teammates and team leads on IAM testing and UAR processes, strengthening project delivery and knowledge transfer. Conducted comprehensive IAM system testing (unit, integration, performance, security), ensuring functionality, compliance, and resilience across client environments. Managed IAM account lifecycle in Okta, provisioning and de-provisioning access securely and efficiently. Performed audits and vulnerability assessments, ensuring ongoing compliance with DOE’s strict security standards. Authored IAM documentation (architectures, test cases, install/config guides) and maintained version control for accuracy and future maintenance. Provided client-facing reports on IAM test results, identified issues, and recommended improvements, facilitating faster decision-making and compliance readiness.
