I am an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering IAM solutions across SailPoint, Okta, and ISIM. I played a key role on a major DOE (Department of Education) project, where I drafted and executed IAM QA test plans, trained the client’s internal team on SailPoint RBAC, and supported multiple sub-projects, ensuring compliance and seamless adoption. Led IAM QA and testing initiatives for DOE, one of the organization’s largest clients, drafting and executing test plans across multiple SailPoint, Okta, and ISIM sub-projects. Trained DOE’s internal IAM team on SailPoint RBAC product and UAR workflows, enabling their independence in managing access governance. Spearheaded a User Access Review (UAR) for 170+ enterprise applications using SailPoint–Okta integration; guided the team through preparation and execution, and currently driving remediation. Mentored and trained teammates and team leads on IAM testing and UAR processes, strengthening project delivery and knowledge transfer. Conducted comprehensive IAM system testing (unit, integration, performance, security), ensuring functionality, compliance, and resilience across client environments. • Managed O365, ITIM, Active Directory, Cloud Identity, and Single Sign-On services for Clients DOE account. • Received and made phone calls and created 35-40 tickets on daily basis on Service Now and Cherwell, relating to client’s online account and their access management, and troubleshoot them using ISIM and RACF. • Assisted clients in moving to and from different VLANS on DOE networks and assisted clients in installing and operating Microsoft Virtual Desktop. • Assisted clients on operating Microsoft office apps, Windows, and Mac operating systems. • Organized meetings and made reports and mentored new agents on weekly basis to make team work more efficient and fluent. • Performed set up of new computer equipment on for client’s offices and installed software on their them and updated drivers. • Ensured that all the internet, audio/video, and power related hardware of the computer is functioning properly. • Installed printer and insured that their drivers are up-to-date, and they are connected to computers and troubleshoot if there are any problems. • Troubleshoot issues related to Citrix and Remote Desktop Connection on client’s computers to help them do remote work.
