In this role I partner with teams to align recruitment strategies for early talent and intermediate software development and data science roles. Working with senior leadership on building on our early talent strategy to create a long-term, strategic junior talent pipeline. I also manage program budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to recruitment efforts, branded campus events, and professional development initiatives for early talent.
During my time at EY, I managed the Business Consulting portfolio at a National level, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with the firm's long-term hiring goals. I managed the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding. I led diversity initiatives like Women+ in Technology and the LEAD Conference, fostering inclusive talent pipelines. I hosted events, presented to student groups, and executed on branding opportunities.
As a member of the campus recruitment team at Ubisoft Toronto, I coordinated external facing events and programs, such as our studio led 'NEXT Showcase'. I oversaw several projects including our participation in hackathons, school presentations, and year-round intern hiring. Experienced in sourcing and screening early career/junior talent. Managed varying schedules for our active talent in the pipeline, while always providing an excellent candidate experience. Focused on goal to attract junior talent to career opportunities within the AAA games industry.
