I play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness, particularly those facing challenges in maintaining housing. I aim to assist clients in achieving independence and well-being through skill development.
Provided community-based support to individuals with mental health challenges and assisting them in developing skills through 1:1 sessions either on site or through Telehealth. My role was integral to programs aimed at enhancing clients' quality of life through personalized rehabilitation services.
