Full cycle recruitment from specialized positions to high volume associate level roles. Managed on-boarding of new employees and maintained compliance with Work Permits and I-9 documents. Took on the challenge of advertising and executing Mass Hiring Fairs to help fill High Volume Requisitions. Lead the effort to build, implement, and teach a new ATS recruiting system throughout the resort. Facilitated New Hire Orientation. Was instrumental in developing a recruitment plan to create a better candidate experience for our employees. Performed phone screens and set up in-person interviews as needed for specialized positions. Attended School Visits and Job Fairs to recruit potential employees.
Over the summer I worked at CSU’s Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. As part of my leadership position on the Panhellenic council, I was hired to staff involvement fairs, give presentations to incoming students and families, and follow up with interested students via email.
I worked this job seasonally over two summers and two winters. I took orders via drive thru and inside, handled money, made food and drinks for customers, re-stocked merchandise, and cleaned the store.
