After spending 10 years building my technical knowledge in the business tax and advisory sector, I made the move to an industry that is of particular interest to me. I joined the finance team at Mackellar Group in 2021, a company specialising in maintained hire of mining equipment and civil earthwork projects. The company became a subsidiary of a global group in 2023, NACG, publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mackellar Group has 50+ years experience in the industry and are committed to continued growth and expansion into new territories, whilst maintaining their strong values and reputation with existing clients. My goal in the assets space is to develop and maintain sophisticated management reporting for the executive team, which will provide understanding on continued growth and assist with critical business decisions.
