I worked as a Property Manager at a few different communities during my time with Prism. I started at University Villa Apartments from July 2014-October 2015; this is a 108 unit community that we emptied, renovated, and leased up to 100% occupancy in a span of 9 months. It was incredibly exhausting but a rewarding experience. I enjoyed managing the community after the renovation, but was in need of a change. From January 2016-June 2017 I managed Coventry Park Apartments, a community comprised of 155 units. This community was a unique set up of an HOA, our apartments, and I would assist in the purchase of condos to add to the portfolio. June 2017-March 2018, I went to work at the corporate office to work as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This position comprised of industrial, office and retail space. March 2018-December 2019, I returned to Coventry Park Apartments. The position became available, was closer to home, and was in need of an experienced manager to handle the property.
