As a lead software quality assurance engineer at Zeta, I oversee the testing and automation of web-based applications that enable secure and seamless financial transactions. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and over nine years of experience in the software industry, working across multiple domains such as BFS, credit risk, fraud management, and e-commerce. I have expertise in web browser automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Java, and TestNG, as well as API automation using Rest Assured Library framework. I also have experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, Grafana, and Kibana, and in application security testing using BURP and OSWAP. Additionally, I am proficient in setting up continuous integration environments using Jenkins, and in using test management tools such as JIRA, Silk Central, and Test Link.
