Product Manager-Guaranteed Loan Product 1. Serve as Mortgage Product Manager in the Lending Division, Retail Banking Department. 2. Design and optimize digital mortgage processes, including application workflow enhancement, online signing for grace periods, and online contract signing for new clients. 3. Conduct data analysis and leveraged customer segmentation to strategize on the utilization of lending resources . 4. Contribute to M&A projects, specifically involving Cambodia Amret Microfinance Institution and King's Town Bank. 5. Participating in the SinoPac Financial Holdings Digital Cadre program. 6. Recognized as SinoPac Bank's 1st Strategic Talent（known as Professional Associate Program), with rotations across Retail Bank, Digital Banking Department, and Retail Management Department.
