My journey into recruitment has been both organic and deeply fulfilling. It began during my college years when I took up a part-time role with MeritTrac Services, supporting campus hiring assessments. This experience exposed me to the energy of candidate, especially the mix of anticipation, anxiety, and excitement before and after assessments. Witnessing the joy of candidates getting selected sparked my interest in recruitment the intrinsic “feel-good factor” of enabling careers. Post graduation, I consciously chose to build my career in recruitment, starting with a boutique consultancy where I gained hands-on exposure to multiple technologies and hiring dynamics.
