My career initiated from my college times where i wanted to have pocket money for my expenses which is when i started doing a part time work with company called Merittrac Services who are basically test assessment centers for campus hiring. I had visited many colleges and IT Organisation where i could administer student who were college pass out. During the tenure with this organisation i had experience where I could see the tension/excitement on every students face. Expressions pre & pro assessment, specially expressions once selected in the assessment. This is when i developed the interest in recruitment, basically the feel good factor of offering a job to someone. When i completed my college and started looking out for opportunity i was sure that i wanted to get into recruitment and thats when i started with small consultancy firm where i got exposure to various technology. From where i have moved from consultancy to other side of table which is the corporate world where i got exposure to understanding the business, dealing with stakeholders and different recruitment challenges.
