Responsibility: 1) Site Installation: Having on hand experience of equipment and pipe installation (i.e. transmission pump, booster pump, chemical pump, sludge pump, coagulation and flocculation mixer, densadeg scrapper, chlorination and neutralization system, ventilation fan and ducting system, generator, pvc pipe, hdpe pipe, cs pipe, ss pipe etc). 2) Fabrication: Having experience on fabrication, sand blasting and painting of pipe spool, pipe & equipment support. Also experienced on DFT, DPT and Holiday test . 3) Documentation: Preparing work plan, RFI, ITP, ITR and etc. 4) Team leader: Leading more than one hundred people for mechanical work.
Responsibility: a) Documentation work: Preparing of IPC, BOQ, RFI, SOP, O & M manual, technical submittal, periodic check list for the operation of mechanical equipment etc. b) Drawing: Preparing shop drawing & as-built drawing on yard piping, different types of pump, mechanical P & ID, mechanical equipment, chemical system, chlorine system, ventilation system, firefighting system, air conditioning system etc. for the plant requirement. c) Site work: Installation & supervision overall mechanical work. d) Testing & Commissioning: Testing & commissioning of mechanical system in water treatment plant. e) Operation & Maintenance: After finishing of testing and commissioning, operation & maintenance work of plant mechanical system on going. f) Procurement & Material Handling: Have experienced of material handling and procured. g) Equipment Handling: Have the proficiency in handling excavator, cranes, dump truck, generator, pay loader and office vehicle.
Responsibilities: Fire Protection System (Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System) Installation, Pump Testing & Commissioning, Documentation, Servicing and preparing Hydraulic calculation (CANUTE software) as per NFPA and local regulation. Central Fire Detection system design, installation.
