I work with clients in Energy, Utilities, and Natural Resources to improve how their business operates. The work spans supply chain, procurement, and the corporate functions that support them, and increasingly draws on a combination of deep domain experience and hands-on AI fluency. This combination of domain and technical knowledge has allowed me to support my clients across the full lifecycle of the work, from strategy through implementation and monitoring. A few examples of recent work: -On a Canadian electricity transmission utility, led the IT category sourcing strategy for a newly consolidated function. I built a six-priority roadmap to mature the function, designed cross-functional governance between their Digital Technology and Supply Chain organizations, and developed a technology investment roadmap to support this growth. -On a Canadian mining client, led an end-to-end diagnostic into inventory growth following a Maximo ERP implementation. Identified five root causes and delivered $8.8 million in prioritized savings opportunities as project charters with corresponding implementation plans. -On a Canadian fuel distributor, led the change management team supporting an outsourcing transformation. Designed a custom Agentic AI workflow that saved roughly 7,000 hours across the engagement and is now in use across multiple teams with various clients across Canada. -On a Canadian energy major, led the program team on a cross-functional cost takeout initiative covering inventory, warehouse, and procurement. Identified $65 million in permanent annual OPEX reductions tied to slow-moving stock, procurement practices, and warehouse reconfiguration.

Selected engagements: Canadian Electricity Transmission Utility - IT Category Sourcing Strategy: The client recently consolidated their IT sourcing function and needed a clear path to mature it. Canadian Mining Client - Inventory Root Cause Diagnostic: Following a Maximo ERP implementation, the client's inventory began ballooning with no clear cause. Led an end-to-end assessment of warehouse, procurement, and operational practices, conducting interviews from demand generation through vendor payment. Identified five root causes of inventory growth, developed roadmaps to address each, and delivered $8.8 million in prioritized savings opportunities. Canadian Fuel Distributor - Finance Transformation, Change Management: The client was undergoing a significant managed services transformation and needed change management support to land the transition. Led the change management team. Designed and built a custom Agentic AI workflow that saved roughly 7,000 hours across the engagement and is now in use with multiple teams and clients across Canada. Canadian Energy Major - OPEX Cost Reduction: The client needed to lower cost per barrel. Led the program team on a cost takeout initiative covering inventory, warehouse, and procurement. Identified $65 million in permanent annual OPEX reductions through process improvements covering slow-moving stock reduction, procurement practice updates, and warehouse reconfiguration.
Delivered complex program work across SAP S/4 HANA implementations, indirect procurement transformations, and managed services transitions. Focus areas span PMO leadership, supplier enablement, organizational design, and spend analytics. Built a reputation for translating complex program data into clear visibility for client leadership. Selected engagements: Canadian Natural Resource Company - Managed Services Transformation, Org Design Lead: As part of a managed services transition for the client's Financial Services business, designed the future-state organizational structure for the retained organization. Restructured spans and layers, evaluated resource banding, and aligned team capabilities to future-state outcomes. Led talent classification and selection focused on capability fit rather than incumbents, and developed initial job profile templates for each retained role. Canadian Natural Resource Company - SAP Ariba Indirect Procurement, Supplier Enablement: As part of a multi-year SAP Ariba indirect procurement transformation, led the supplier enablement workstream. Supplier enablement is a critical component of any Ariba implementation, since suppliers transacting on the network is what allows the platform to deliver value. Developed the strategy and execution approach end to end, partnering with SAP on best practices and shaping new approaches where none existed. Delivered supplier coverage across every major category and enabled over a dozen catalogues within Guided Buying. Canadian Natural Resource Company - SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, PMO Lead: Led PMO delivery on a multi-year, multi-workstream brownfield S/4 HANA implementation. Managed 10 PMO analysts across multiple pods, working with client leadership on integrated plan execution, stage-gate reviews, and resource forecasting. Built a Power BI delivery dashboard fed by MS Project to provide ongoing visibility to leadership.
Built foundations in program delivery, financial management, and supply chain transformation across Energy and Natural Resources clients. Worked across project controls, supplier enablement, and large-scale system testing. These experiences shaped the data, reporting, and stakeholder management strengths I rely on today. Selected engagements: Canadian Natural Resource Company - SAP Ariba Implementation, Supplier Enablement Coordinator: Supported the supplier enablement workstream within a multi-year SAP Ariba indirect procurement transformation. Analyzed over $900 million in spend using MS BI software to develop the supplier onboarding plan for the Ariba Network. The plan captured roughly 85 percent of preferred transactions within the first of three enablement waves. Led a multinational team through plan execution and built reporting tools to monitor work status, channel compliance, and forecasted results. Canadian Natural Resource Company - Ariba Catalogue Implementation, Test Coordinator: Coordinated end-user testing for a complex, custom punch-out Ariba Catalogue integrated with the client's custom ERP. Developed test scripts, hosted multiple UAT workshops, and validated functionality through stress testing with real users. Canadian Integrated Energy Client - Project Controls: Ran project controls for the engagement. Owned the full financial cycle including pricing, sales booking, invoicing, forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition. Evaluated financial risks including FX exposure, provided recommendations to managers and directors, and liaised between Client Financial Management and the engagement team on EAC forecasting and contingency change analysis.
