Responsible for business development in the EMEA region. Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential AppDirect partners and prospects. Build a pipeline of potential leads, and nurture relationships. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. Sales Development (outbound): Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity. Sales Development (inbound): Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for the AppDirect platform through discovery calls. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements. Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy. Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce. Stay up to date on industry trends and competition.
+ Requirements specification: Collection and documentation of customer requirements. + Software customization and consulting: Advising the customer on software features suited for their needs and configuring the software (Salesforce CRM) accordingly. + Data Analysis & reporting: Consolidation of transactional data from local and cloud sources, i.e. Excel, ProQuest, SalesForce and VRD (Verizon Rapid Delivery), etc. in order to create a single source of truth for customer orders. + Client management: Quoting, contract optimization, and communication of report results and current as well as future orders with the client (Focus - large MNCs, turnover > $500mm.). + Project management support: Supporting the project management team by setting task priorities based on fixed criteria such as relative importance and urgency. + Vendor management: Remotely planning and coordinating with third-party suppliers situated in the APAC region in order to meet project deadlines. + Presales support: Assisting account managers and DACH enterprise sales team in pre-sales tasks such as customer contact drafting, pricing, creating differentiated offerings to enhance customer experience, etc.
