-Lead and coordinate quality assurance, data reviews, and error corrections for multi-site cancer surveillance, maintaining top accuracy and regulatory compliance. -Manage coding, staging, and data curation using ICD, SNOMED, AJCC, SEER, and EOD standards to support cancer research and reporting needs. -Collaborate with hospitals and teams to resolve data problems and train staff on SEER*DMS systems and best practices for data quality.
- Curate and harmonize high-quality oncology datasets (history, diagnosis, treatment, genomics) from multiple EHR platforms (Epic, OncoEMR) into regulatory-grade systems, supporting multi-study clinical trial pre-screening and platform innovation. - Serve as SME for abstraction protocols, data integrity, and cancer registry ontologies (ICD-O-3, AJCC, IARC), providing input for benchmarking and harmonization across studies. - Collaborate with AI teams to develop and optimize an AI-driven abstraction platform, leading the design of workflows and annotated datasets for automation and process innovation.
