Cuttack, Odisha, India
I am a final-year LL.B. (Hons.) student at National Law University Odisha, with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, litigation support, and policy analysis. Prior to law, I pursued History at Miranda House, University of Delhi, where I developed a rigorous approach to research, critical inquiry, and analytical writing. My experience spans legal research, case analysis, drafting, editorial work, and public interest advocacy. Through internships, academic engagements, and leadership roles, I have worked on matters involving constitutional law, criminal law, gender justice, child rights, and access to justice. My work has included drafting legal documents, preparing research notes, analysing judicial decisions, contributing to legal publications, and assisting on public interest initiatives. I have served as an Editor with the Centre for Women and Law and the Centre for Child Rights at NLUO, contributed to legal research and awareness projects, and undertaken internships with organisations working in litigation, legal advocacy, and public policy. My academic work on women in the unorganised sector was recognised among the top research papers at a national seminar. Beyond legal practice, I am deeply interested in the intersection of law, society, and public policy. My background in research, communication, and content development enables me to translate complex legal issues into clear, accessible, and practical insights. I am particularly interested in litigation, legal research, drafting, human rights law, gender justice, and public policy, and I welcome opportunities for collaboration, research, and professional engagement in these areas.
