-Responsible for handling end-to-end HR for - Timesofindia and all the regional language businesses. -Handle HR projects end to end, including but not limited to talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance evaluation. -Work closely with business line to develop HR strategies, guide the design and implementation of the HR projects and being their trusted advisor. -Identify and respond to human resources problems, develop the strategy and plan to meet the people-related needs. -Talent acquisition and management - to ensure selection of critical talent thus building the right team. While central TA team is responsible for sourcing and selection, we are co-owning the matrices such as TAT, quality of hire and sourcing mix, influencing the right fitment for the individual by looking at the internal and external parity. -Onboarding of new people to deliver a delightful experience and setting them up for success; special focus on enhancing the new joiner experience.Employee Relations to make sure people are well educated, informed about organizational/people policies and benefits, how they can be leveraged in an effective manner.Making sure that people are successful through Probation/Confirmation Process, Goal Setting, Performance Management System, Differentiated Rewards & Recognition. -People Engagement facilitated through Assimilation Interviews, Knowledge Sharing Platforms, Collaboration and Team-Bonding interventions. -Learning & Development - through Need Identification, Co-designing and Program Deployment. -Develop practical strategies to encourage employee initiatives, development, and collective goal achievement by advocating/promoting the companies value, mission, culture and other policies.
