Retail Bank: Audit Remediation Program- Vendor Management • Remediated all internal affiliate agreements in support of FDIC audit by identifying gaps related to regulatory compliance, monitoring, and operations. • Worked with Legal to develop risk-based approach to terminating vendor relationships. • Identified all affiliates with which the bank shared customer data (P1 and P2) and coordinated with Compliance work stream to ensure all necessary controls were in place to protect sensitive information in accordance with regulations. Manufacturing Client: PMO Lead • Established IT Project Management Office, responsible for the delivery of a ~$4M portfolio of projects. • Partnered with Business to create a Global Systems Schedule, prioritize initiatives, identify dependencies, and address constraints. • Implemented IT governance controls based on industry best practices for project acceptance, procurement, environment, change, and release management
• Assisted in streamlining the global process for “end to end” server provisioning which reduced project timelines from an average of 90 days to just 35 days • Represented IT Service Delivery group in Capacity Management steering committee to accommodate upcoming demand and avoid project delays • Managed development and implementation of an in house, web-based application that served as a global client request portal and solution design tool.
