Some Things I Worked On: MyChart Signup: Revamped the workflow that allows patients to sign up for MyChart making the barrier to obtain an account easier. The workflow has tens of millions visits with millions of submissions per year. Architectural Redesigned of Patient Medical History Downloads: Architected a new workflow to allow patients to download their entire medical record from a simple synchronous HTTP response workflow to a scalable, asynchronous workflow using multiple servers to split the load caused by the large number of users downloading their record The workflow was made reusable and other projects have adapted the paradigm.

Analyzed data from smart grid meters and Smart-Grid applications in order to make application more efficient and reduce unnecessary service visits to customers.
