A Special Educator with a strong interest in early intervention and inclusive education, currently leading the Learning Support Department at Indus Early Learning Centre, Bengaluru, within an IB-inspired early years setting. With a Master’s degree in Special Education and professional training in Early Years Education from the University of Helsinki, my focus remains on thoughtful, evidence-based practice aligned with international standards. My role involves designing individualised learning interventions and working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Leading the Learning Support Department at a prestigious IB-inspired preschool under the Indus Trust, a feeder to Indus International School, Bengaluru (IISB), and overseeing the design and implementation of personalised learning interventions for children with diverse educational needs. 2. Training and monitoring shadow teachers, ensuring they implement effective strategies for learning improvement and behaviour management, both in group and classroom settings. 3. Guiding classroom teachers in implementing personalised learning strategies to support children's developmental and behavioural goals, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. 4. Screening children for potential learning delays and developmental gaps, coordinating referrals for early intervention services to ensure timely support for identified needs. 5. Creating, implementing, and reviewing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families, ensuring alignment with each child’s unique learning requirements and goals. 6. Providing parent support in early intervention, offering guidance on practical steps to foster developmental growth at home and enhance their involvement in their child's educational journey. 7. Specialised in Art Therapy - provides art therapy sessions to support children’s emotional and cognitive development as per requirements. 8. Additionally offering ESL support, assisting children in building foundational language skills through personalised learning interventions and structured literacy activities.

Under the Department of Amity Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences , delivered engaging and interactive Special Education courses to undergraduate and postgraduate teacher trainees specialising in Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other Disability areas, resulting in a 95% course completion rate 2. Provided personalised guidance on practical courses, conducted thorough assessments, and maintained accurate records of student performance, resulting in overall increase of academic achievement. 3. Excelled as the dedicated Programme Coordinator for the B.Ed. Special Education (Intellectual Disability) Programme, leading its successful implementation in the academic year 2022-23. 4. Offered guidance and support as the Faculty Coordinator for the Department-level Cultural Club, organising inclusive cultural events and fostering students' cultural awareness and personal growth. 5. Contributed to research activities by providing valuable assistance to faculty members in data collection, analysis, and report writing, enhancing the overall productivity and quality of research projects.

Impacted Project Pagsulong (Move Forward) as an Incoming Global Volunteer, delivering effective instruction in Reading, Mathematics, and Language to approximately 30 primary-level children, achieving 75% enhancement in academic engagement and performance. 3.
