• Assist residents with daily living • Help residents with daily hygiene, including showering, oral and peri care, incontinence care, and dressing • Provide social and emotional support to improve residents morale • Assist with serving meals, feeding as necessary, and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals • Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents • Transfer residents using Gait Belts, Hoyer Lifts, and Easy Stands, ensuring residents safety and comfort • Answer residents call lights and request in a timely and efficient manner • Report observations of the residents to the nurse • Document vital signs, weight, intake and output information, and actions
