As a Communication graduate from Eureka College, I have over eight years of progressive experience in HR roles, including as the HR Director at Reditus Laboratories, a reference laboratory. At the time, also serving as the HRD for PAL Health Technologies, a 60 employee orthotic manufacturing facility. In this position, I led the HR and compliance functions for over 350 employees across multiple locations, ensuring the alignment of HR policies and practices with the company's vision, as well as with the federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Some of my key achievements include hiring and onboarding 150 new employees in 2022, increasing the employee retention rate by 20% in 2021, and implementing a new performance management system that improved employee feedback and recognition. I have also developed and honed my skills in employee relations, personnel management, license tracking, and HR records.
