Business Operations- Content Delivery - ensuring enough and quality content gets delivered by designing creative marketing campaignd, onboarding and training newly hired SMEs and building effective customer relationships. Community Engagement - responsible for engaging a community of more than 10K freelancers through various marketing campaigns. Analyzing data and identifying the problem areas and resolving them to achieve the SLAs. Project Management - working continuosly on various projects involving cross-departmental interaction and coordination to achieve the targets. Managing the assigned territory entirely - working on the problem ares, maintaining CRM and driving the service levels.
