Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in Full Recruitment Life Cycle in IT Staffing for Contract/Contract to Hire placements. Effectively recruit, screen, interview, assess and hire sufficient candidates to fill open positions. Identity resources from job boards and other networking sources. Short-list resumes by evaluating the candidate’s communication skills, presentation, and technical skills based on the client’s requirement. Coordinated the process till the candidate joins the client organization. Make decisions regarding hiring, placement and discipline of talent Track daily status on submissions of each recruiter and update in Bullhorn (ATS). Sourcing of consultants through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Bullhorn, and TextKernel. Manage Job postings on job boards Perform counselling to the consultants clearly about the company and the interview process. Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in contract and full-time positions. Well-versed with various Tax terms (C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099).
