Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules that meet customer demand and production capacity requirements. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Monitor production and inventory levels to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve the production scheduling process to optimize productivity and maximize HVPY (High Value Product Yield). Analyze production data to identify trends and improve scheduling accuracy. Train and mentor scheduling team members to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
Modelling Specialist in Planning & Optimization Department. In this role, I am responsible for creating and updating our Refinery LP Model using Aveva's Spiral Suite software. My main focus is carrying out economic and feasibility analysis to ensure refinery operations are optimized. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Refinery LP Model to optimize operations and economic performance. Utilize Aveva's Spiral Suite software to create and update the model. Conduct backcasting and data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Analyze economic feasibility of value creation projects and make recommendations for implementation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the model is aligned with overall business goals. Provide technical support to the Planning & Optimization team. Ensure accuracy and integrity of the LP model data by performing regular quality checks.
Summer internship The project is about new approach to sand management. Using Prosper-Gap, multilayer well models of Shah Deniz Alpha platform wells are created, simulated and flux calculation are carried out.
