Hello Reader 🙂 I'm Shay, a little bit of a Data Nerd and a Story teller but a very creative Data Nerd. I've spent 8+ years living inside sales data, Designing it, building it, improving it. and what I've learned is that the numbers are rarely the hard part. The hard part is knowing which story they're telling, who needs to hear it, and how to make it land. I work in Revenue Operations, previously Sales and Ops Analyst. In short, I make sure the C-level leaders running a business can actually see what's happening inside it and know what to do next. Pipelines, performance, Win, losses, White space, Target Design, operating cadence, board decks, the room where the decisions get made. That's my world. At Rithum I partner with senior GTM and RevOps leadership to turn data into decisions. (We have a fun team I bring the character and the extremely high ambitions, the gents bring the expertise. Together we make it work). I've led BI migrations across different CRM systems (Sugar, HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, and most recently Tableau to Looker), designed KPI frameworks, budget and sales target files, retention Files, built dashboards that replaced hours of manual work, and own the full operating rhythm of the sales org. I also a forward thinker and i love technology, I use and learn about AI every single day, Copilot, Claude, automation. Not to tick a box but because if a workflow can be automated I'll automate it, and that means more time on the insight or strategies that i can make impact on and that actually moves things. Outside the spreadsheets I'm a Daughter, Aunt, friend , a padel player (not a great one, but I never give up), Cuban Salsa dancer (yup im Good at this), and artist who really likes colours, Yes I’m creative and analytical thinker. Because to me they are exactly the same skill just wearing different clothes. I consult too.
