Focal point at site for client, coastal engineering team and construction team for organizing & co-coordinating works, monitoring and reporting. Prep and updating baseline schedules and work register for each projects/ responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring each activities of the projects. Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies and assessment of the project requirements, finalizing project scope and arranging client approvals. Co-ordination with site construction team on engineering design issues, schedule reviews and shutdown planning. Raising notification & PR preparation in SAP, co-ordination with discipline team for vendor document review. Planning & updating activities in SAP and to maintain KPI, prep 90day,14 day & weekly frozen plans, representing Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress meetings etc. Co-ordination with client operations and planning team regarding shutdown requirements. Single point responsibility for all site engineering design service activities and ensure quality deliverables on time. Monitoring and control of the projects, delay analysis, identify schedule variances and opportunities and evaluate proposed mitigation strategies. To supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality. To highlight issues that may arise in priorities, workload, competency, etc. Exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, quality, schedule and HSE requirements. Liaison with client’s Project engineers, specialist engineers for techno-commercial matters. Earned value management, project variance control, analyzing project cost, cost forecast, cost variance, handling of Project change orders, EOT and claims etc. Preparing work- done statements, Progress sheets with S curve, project variance report, weekly and monthly reports, completion certificates for invoice etc.
