• Modeling heat and mass transfer in rarefied gases using Molecular Dynamics simulations (collaboration with ASML company) • Becoming familiar with transport phenomena in EUV machines and semiconductor device physics • Statistical data processing and big data analysis using Python • Using unsupervised machine learning to study the interaction between rarefied gases with solid surfaces • Developing a hybrid atomistic/mesoscale coupling method for accurate modeling of micro gas flows
Project: Modified cost-effective fiber-based structures with improved multi-functionality and performance (MODCOMP). • Modeling cross-linking process and heat transfer mechanism in polymers reinforced by carbon nanofibers • Verification of the measured thermal conductivities with experimental values • Multiscale modeling of nanocomposite materials • Preparing materials for reports and submission to peer-reviewed journals
