Hardik is a Finance Enthusiast. He is an MBA graduate from VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur, and has cleared All 3 levels of the CFA (USA) program in the least possible time period, i.e., 18 months. Alongside, He has worked at Nipra Financial Services Private Limited as a research associate for a period of 27 months. Corporate Competitions Achievements: CFA Ethics Challenge: National Runner up. Led the team to reach the finals and achieved the second position out of 32 teams. TVS EPIC Finance Challenge: National Finalist. Led the team and achieved rank 4 out of 4600 teams. • Responsible for managing Industry and Media connections of the institute by organising Guest lectures, Conclaves and Summits engaging eminent corporates • Handling legacy and digital media publications across various channels like email, social, & direct, to uplift the brand value of the institute • Inviting CXOs, Subject Matter Experts and industry pioneers for Guest Lectures, improving the industry understanding and exposure of the students • Analyzing and reporting of data for the numerous national & international institute ranking agencies • Conducting annual institute flagship events such as the HR Conclave & Leadership Summit - Events wherein corporate leaders & industry stalwarts are invited for panel discussion on the latest and mind-boggling challenges that the current industrial era faces
• Set up an online ecosystem of the products and enlisted the products on Amazon and Flipkart to boost sales • Managed inventory and predicted the future demand of all the products to manufacture goods accordingly
